Nuisance Abatement Process To Begin At Home On Seymour Ave

Utica Police say they'll take action against the owner of a home on Seymour Avenue that was the scene of a house party and shots fired incident over the weekend.

Police say they found several bullet shell casings and it appears someone fired several rounds that struck nearby homes and motor vehicles.

One bullet made its way into a nearby home after penetrating siding, and dry wall and ended up in someone's living room.

Meanwhile, police say Reggie Sullivan, who was hosting a house party at 1539 Seymour Ave that started at 2 a.m, was ticketed for unlawful noise

The city will begin the nuisance abatement process on the owner the home..
