Oneida Street Shooting Victim Identified

Utica Police have released the name of the victim of Wednesday's fatal shooting on the 15000 block of Oneida Street.

He's been identified as 22-year old Darquell Carter of Utica

Carter was found shot dead inside of a car.

Police continue to look for a suspect.
