Parolee Arrested On Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing drug charges following an investigation by Utica Police.

26-year old Kwame Howard was arrested after police allegedly seized crack cocaine and marijuana.  He was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia

Police say Howard is a New York State parolee.
