Police Investigating Yorkville Homicide [UPDATE]

A Yorkville man is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of his brother.

State Police say 37-year old John Ferguson allegedly stabbed his brother, 42-year old Daryl Ferguson, during a physical altercation at 10 Jones Place early Tuesday morning.

They say Daryl Ferguson was found in a bedroom of the house with multiple stab wounds.

The investigation into the incident is continuing.
