Police Stop Man Thought To Be Carrying Gun, Find Man On Parole Allegedly Carrying Cocaine
He is eighteen and on parole. Now he is also in police custody.
Utica Police responded to a report of a man carrying a gun and stopped Tremayne Bowen who was walking near Plymouth Bethesda Church on Plant Street.
He was allegedly carrying heroin, crack, cocaine, and marijuana.
51-Year old Jean Noviscky was with Bowen. There was a felony bench warrant for her arrest. She was allegedly carrying drugs as well.
