Proctor High School Student Charged With Making Terroristic Threat
A student at Proctor High School in Utica has been arrested for allegedly making threats to "shoot up the school."
Utica Police say the 14-year old 9th grader made the threats verbally while in class.
Police were notified immediately.
The student was interviewed by an investigator and charged with making a terroristic threat.
At least five central New York school districts or schools investigated threats on Tuesday.
