New York State Police have arrested 28-year-old Joshua Buck for Driving While Intoxicated. The incident occurred on December 17th in the the Town of Remsen. Police were investigating a disabled vehicle when they learned that the Buck had allegedly been driving drunk, and crashed his vehicle into a snow bank.

According to State Police,

Buck ran a stop sign, lost control of the vehicle and exited the west shoulder of State Route 12, before becoming disabled in a snow bank.  After further investigation, Buck was charged with DWI, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Moving From Lane Unsafely and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

He was issued tickets, and then released. He is to appear in the Town of Remsen Court at the beginning of next year.
