New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Onondaga County that led to the arrest of three individuals. Troopers checked in on 16 establishments in DeWitt, Manlius, and Salina. The detail eventually arrested workers from three separate liquor stores.

The following individuals have been charged for allegedly serving a person under the age of 21, according to State Police.

Jaleel M. Durden, age 21, was arrested for Selling alcohol to a person under 21, and Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, for selling alcohol to our undercover operative while working at the Nice N Easy/Citgo, 3100 Erie Blvd East Dewitt, NY.

Seth K. Donahue, age 27, was arrested for Selling alcohol to a person under 21, and Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage the same charges, for selling alcohol to our undercover operative while working at Pascale’s Liquor Square 3150 Erie Blvd East Dewitt, NY.

Daniel F. Rakoske, age 50, was arrested for Selling alcohol to a person under 21, and Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage the same charges, for selling alcohol to our undercover operative while working at Express Mart 224 W. Genesee Street Fayetteville, NY.

Each of these suspects were issued appearance tickets to appear in Court at a later date. 12 of the 16 locations checked were found to be compliant, and State Police commend those businesses in Onondaga County for their compliance.
