Rome Police Lend A Helping Hand

The Rome Police Department is giving back by lending a helping hand to a man down on his luck.

After some interaction with a Rome Police officer, Bobby said he'd love a haircut and a warm shower.

Through the efforts of Office Page, the Rome PD was able to make it happen.

Rome Police provided Bobby with a haircut, a shave, a shower and a whole new wardrobe of donated clothing.

Police say Bobby left looking like a whole new person and couldn't thank them enough.
