Rome Police Make ‘Warrant Of The Week’ Arrest
A man wanted on four warrants, including one for felony assault, has been arrested by Rome Police.
29-year old Christopher Quiles was the first "Warrant of the Week", a new program the Rome PD started about a month ago.
Police say Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers played a key role in the apprehension by providing them with tips in regards to Quiles' whereabouts.
Quiles has been on the run since August of last year.
He was arraigned in Rome City Court and is currently being held at the Oneida County Jail on $25,000 bail.
