Saratoga Springs Man Arrested At Hotel Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of a suspect who allegedly refused to leave Hotel Utica this morning. Officials say, 37-year-old Jeremy Hover of Saratoga Springs, is charged with 4th degree Criminal Mischief after he was found outside the hotel without a shirt on, and exhibiting signs of intoxication. He allegedly threw a potted tree onto the hood of another guest's vehicle, causing minor damage.

Hover was taken to the County lockup and will answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
