Schenectady Police Officer Arrested In Utica

A member of the Schenectady Police department is on the other side of the law.

Utica Police say 33-year old Steve Nelson is accused of punching a bouncer at the Celtic Harp.  The bouncer was not injured.

Nelson wasn't on duty at the time and is charged with harassment.

The  department is still looking into the incident.
