BOSTON (AP) — More prospective jurors will be questioned by a federal judge in the death penalty trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The first day of questioning by Judge George O'Toole Jr. Thursday produced a snapshot of the obstacles to seating a jury in the high-profile case. At least a half-dozen people said they already believe 21-year-old Tsarnaev is guilty, several said they could never impose the death penalty and others said being a juror would pose a serious financial hardship. The judge will question more people on Friday.

Tsarnaev is accused in the 2013 marathon bombing. Twin bombs placed near the finish line killed three people and injured more than 260. Tsarnaev also is accused of killing an MIT police officer. He has pleaded not guilty.
