“Smart” Woman Award

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Do you know a smart woman? The Rome Hospital Foundation is currently seeking nominations to for its Fourth Annual "Smart" Woman Award.

Assistant Director of the Foundation, Ann Walseman says the award is for an intelligent woman who is a leader in the community with fashion and class. She goes on to say, "The award is meant to inspire other woman to become all that they can become."

The award will be presented at the Foundation's Fifth Annual Pink Partini Fashion Show on Thursday, August 25th, at the Beeches Inn and Conference Center in Rome.

Tickets to the Pink Partini event are $55, which will benefit Rome Memorial Hospital's Breast Center of Excellence.

The nomination deadline is Friday, July 8th.
