State DOT Issues Travel Advisory In Utica For Wednesday, January 31st

The New York State Department of Transportation has issued a travel advisory for motorists in the City of Utica.

The DOT says on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., motorists traveling on the North-South Arterial and Route 5S eastbound and westbound may encounter minor traffic delays due to a video production shoot.
