Tanoury To Run For County Legislature

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A familiar face is looking to return to the Oneida County Board of Legislators.

Larry Tanoury, Junior says he'll be seeking to regain his former seat on the Board.

The 31-year old Tanoury served two years on the legislature, representing the 25th district.

Tanoury narrowly lost to William Hendricks in 2009.

He defeated Hendricks in 2007.

Tanoury says there needs to be a bigger emphasis on economic development and jobs in Utica and the inner city.
