A 15-year-old boy is dead after partying with prescription and over the counter medications while at a friend's house over the weekend.

Now, a woman whom police say allowed five teens to use the drugs at the home on Deer River Road is West Carthage is facing several charges including second degree manslaughter.

That's because State Police say Brenda Roth, 47, 'failed to provide life saving measures to a 15 year old male after he became unresponsive'. She also faces five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one charge of tampering with evidence.

Roth is being held in the Lewis County Jail. Bail is set at $20,000 cash/ $40,000 bond.
