Third Suspect Arrested In Utica Murder

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A third man has been arrested in the shooting death of Anthony Garner.

Utica Police have charged 27-year old Dominique Cook with second-degree murder.

Cook was taken into custody at the Auburn Correctional Facility, where he's serving time on an unrelated robbery conviction.

Earlier this month, police arrested 31-year old Octavius of Utica in connection with the murder.

Marshall Jackson was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in March after being found guilty of second-degree murder.

Garner was shot and killed on James Street in May of last year.
