Three Accused Of Robbing Food Delivery Driver

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Three individuals are facing felony theft charges after robbing a food delivery driver. Police say the driver flagged down an officer after the robbery on Scott Street in Utica, and reported that the men made as if they were going to pay for the food, but instead grabbed it from his hands and ran away. After an investigation, officials charged 18-year-old Michael Tolliver of Summit Place, 19-year-old Anthony Green of Wall Street, and a 17-year-old with Grand Larceny, a felony.

The suspects were apprehended at a residence on Thomas Street in Utica and will answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
