Town Of Western Man Accused Of Stabbing His Brother

A Town of Western man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his brother.

State Police say 25-year old Aarin Rizzuto stabbed 31-year old Alan Rizutto, Jr. during a physical altercation.

The victim was taken to a Utica hospital where he underwent surgery and was listed in stable condition.

Aarin Rizzuto is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
