Traffic Signals To Go Into Three Color Operation in Frankfort

The New York State Department of Transportation will reactivate three traffic signals in the Town of Frankfort this week.

Two are at the interchange of Route 5S and Cemetery Street and one is at the entrance to the Tractor Supply Distribution Center, located at the intersection of Higby Road and Country Mile Road.

The flashing yellow signals will be reactivated on Thursday, November 15th into a full three-color operation.

The DOT says motorists should be aware of the addition of the new traffic control devices and be prepared to obey the signal’s three-color operation.
