
Traffic Stop In Utica Leads To Drug Charges
Two people are facing drug charges following a traffic stop by Utica Police in the Sunset Avenue area.
Police say officers found several hypodermic needles, a needle containing heroin and unopened packets of heroin in the vehicle.
30-year old David Ingerham of Clinton and 28-year old Amber Lehner of Utica were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
