Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges

A traffic stop on Bleecker Street in Utica has led to the arrest of two people on drug charges.

Utica Police charged 57-year old Daniel Pace of Utica and 51-year old Naomi Cogar of Frankfort with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say they allegedly found heroin and a hypodermic needle during their search of the suspects' vehicle.
