Two Arrested For Allegedly Stealing $1000 In Merchandise From Family Dollar

A man and a woman were arrested by Utica Police for allegedly stealing about $1,000 worth of merchandise.

On Saturday, November 2, 2013 a store security guard at the Family Dollar on Albany Street described 34-year old Mary Tribuzio and 39-year old David Fernandez as the shoplifting suspects.

They were taken into custody.  Both are facing petit larceny charges.
