Two Arrested In Olbiston Apartments Murder

Two people are under arrest following a death at Utica's Olbiston Apartments.

Utica Police say the incident began yesterday morning when officers arrived to find a man who had been stabbed to death.

During the investigation, officers learned that two suspects allegedly broke into 47 year-old Allen Minor's home with the intent of robbing him, when one of the suspects stabbed him repeatedly. They then left the apartment with some of Minor's property.

The suspects, Dennis Mosley, 28, of Albany, and Kelly Marshall, 31, of Utica, were later traced at a North Utica motel and taken into custody.

Officials say Mosley had just been released from prison on Friday after serving time for a robbery conviction, and was on parole.

Both are charged with second degree murder.
