UFD Begins Hydrant Inspections
Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Fire Department began its Fall fire hydrant inspections today.
The UFD will be in various parts of the city throughout the month conducting the semi-annual inspections.
Officials say while conducting the inspections, some discoloration of water is normal.
