Uncle Mo Scratched From Derby

(WIBX950 Sports)   "Uncle Mo" will be a no go for the the 137th running of the Kentucky Derby on Saturday.  That announcement came early Friday morning from Owner Mike Repole and trainer Todd Pletcher.   Uncle Mo had drawn post position 18 for Saturday's Derby, so now "Nehro", who had starting position #19 and "Watch Me Go" at #20 will be moved up one stall, leaving the #20 spot empty.

Uncle Mo has been suffering from gastrointestinal inflammation, found after the Wood Memorial where he was leading, but finished third.
