As Utica police continue to investigate the city's sixth homicide of the year they've have had their hands full with three difference shots fired reports, all in the Cornhill area.

A 36-year old Utica man, Kareem Christopher, died after being shot in the chest at the Cornhill Fish and Game club at around 2:00 a.m. Friday morning.

Then in a six hour window on Saturday night into Sunday morning, police were called to three shots fired reports.

A dozen shell casing were recovered in one incident near Seymour and James Streets, three more casings were found after shots rang out on Howard Ave and gun shots were also reported at Arthur and Neilson Streets.
