UPD Investigate Shots Fired At ‘Shop Right’ On Eagle Street
Utica Police are asking for your help finding a suspect in the latest shots fired incident in the city.
Police say just after 11 p.m. Tuesday night a masked man allegedly followed a 22 year old man into the 'Shop Right' store on Eagle Street and fired a gun at him.
The victim suffered an injury to his forearm while trying to avoid getting shot, and police say they recovered a bullet casing inside the store.
The suspect is described as a black man, and anyone with information is asked to call Utica Police.
