A Utica man is facing charges after allegedly pointing a rifle at his girlfriend during a domestic dispute..

Utica Police have charged 44-year old Bryan Thomas with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say they found an AR 15 rifle inside Thomas' apartment at 100 Genesee Street.
