Police say they were called to the area of Highland Ave. after several calls came in reporting shots fired.

Witness accounts claim the man fired several rounds towards Tabor Place and then fled on foot. A description of the suspect was given to authorities and Utica Police later located the man and took him into custody on Oriskany Boulevard.
