
Utica Man Arrested For Trademark Counterfeiting
An investigation into the sale of counterfeit goods in the Utica-area has led to the arrest of a Utica man.
State Police have charged 53-year old Bobby Ross with trademark counterfeiting, a felony
Investigators say they seized about $4,000 worth of counterfeit apparel, including North Face jackets, Nike sneakers and brand name purses.
They also seized a small amount of cash and 2016 Dodge Caravan used to transport and sell the merchandise from.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
