Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing multiple drug charges following a traffic stop by Utica Police on Oswego Street

Police say they allegedly found 32-year old Adam Owens in possession of heroin.

Owens was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

The stop was part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of drugs.
