Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Utica man was arrested on drug charges after Utica Police executed a search warrant at 734 Columbia Street.

48-year old Allen Exum is facing three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say cocaine and heroin was found during the search of the home.

Exum is an active New York State parolee.
