Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges Following State Police Raid
A Utica man has been arrested on drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at 10 Johnson Park.
State Police have charged 35-year old Jesse Brown with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police say Brown allegedly possessed about 26 grams of a heroin-fentanyl mixture.
Several items of evidence were seized from his home and are being sent to the State Police Lab for analysis and police say additional charges are pending.
Investigators believe Brown is also involved in several overdose deaths in Oneida and Herkimer Counties
Troopers say a heroin-fentanyl mixture can be up to 100 times more potent than heroin.
