Utica Man Charged In Robbery

Utica Police have arrested a man in connection with a robbery that happened last month on Avery Place.

Police say 17-year old Angel Torres of Utica and another man allegedly robbed a man while he was walking home.

They say Torres displayed a handgun during the robbery.

The second suspect has not been identified and the investigation is continuing.
