Utica Man Charged With Threatening Woman

A Utica man was arrested after allegedly threatening to crash his vehicle into a woman's car and shoot her.

Utica Police have charged 21-year old Ako Burrell with menacing and criminal contempt.

Police say Burrell displayed a handgun during the incident, which happened at West and Arthur Streets.
