Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man was arrested on drug charges after Utica Police searched a home at 913 Churchill Avenue.

40-year old Roberto Rodriguez is facing three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say the during the search, they found a significant quantity of the drug Fentanyl, along with cash.

The UPD’s Special Investigations Unit, (GIVE) Gun Involved Violence Elimination Unit and the METRO SWAT Team executed the no-knock search warrant
