Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

The execution of a search warrant at 1151 Park Avenue in Utica has led to the arrest of a Utica man on drug charges.

63-year old Fred Farley is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Utica Police say they found Heroin and drug paraphernalia during their search of the home.
