Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at an apartment on Whitesboro Street.

31-year old Kevin Davis is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Utica Police say they seized cocaine, heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the search.
