Utica Man Pleads Guilty In Death Of Girlfriend
The Utica man charged in the beating death of his girlfriend was in Oneida County Court on Friday, where he accepted a plea offer.
32-year old Brian Brewczynski pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter.
Brewczynski will serve 22 and-a-half years in prison, with five-years post release supervision.
He'll be sentenced on September 10th.
49-year old Cheri Saupp was found dead inside a home on William Street in Utica in May.
Saupp died from head injuries.
