Utica Man Pleads Guilty In John Street Stabbing

A Utica man charged with stabbing another man to death has pleaded guility to second-degree murder.

35-year old Edmond Hyatt entered the guilty plea on Wednesday in Oneida County Court.

Hyatt was charged in the fatal stabbing of 40-year old Nicholas White in a John Street apartment on March 16th of this year.

He'll be sentenced on October 31st and faces 22 years to life in prison.
