Utica Man Wanted After Fleeing Police

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is on the run after an accident last night.

State Police are searching for 22-year old Henry Lumpkin of Sunset Avenue after he led police on a chase on the arterial in Utica.

Passengers 22-year old Tyre Pulliam suffered a bruised lung and 20-year old Christa Stewart received cuts and bruises after Lumpkin's car rolled over. Both are expected to be released from Saint Elizabeth's Hospital.

Utica Police, New York State Parole, and the New York State Police are all involved in the investigation. Charges are pending for Lumpkin once he's caught. State Police are expected to release a picture later this morning.
