Utica Police Arrest One Of Top Ten Most Wanted

Utica Police say they've arrested one of the individuals on their Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Police say 24-year old Stephanie Janes of Rome turned herself in after seeing herself on the list.

The UPD released the most wanted list on August 3rd.
