Utica Police Arrest Suspect In Elizabeth Street Shooting

Utica Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting that happened last month on the 900 block of Elizabeth Street.

33-year old Robert Stephens of Utica was arrested at a location in Rome.

Stephens is charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Utica Police were assisted by Rome Police, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshal's Regional Task Force.
