Utica Police Arrest Ten Women On Prostitution Charges

Utica Police recently conducted an investigation regarding prostitution related activity in the City and arrested ten women.

The women are facing charges including prostitution, loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
