Utica Police Conduct Patrols Of Proctor Park
The Utica Police Department recently conducted patrols of Proctor Park that resulted in numerous arrests and tickets being issued.
24 tickets were issued for trespassing, eight people were arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and there were two arrests for public lewdness.
Tickets were also issued for loud music, loitering and open container violations.
Police say they'll be increasing patrols and enforcing City codes and other laws in public parks.
They say Utica Parks are family friendly locations and crime will not be tolerated.
