Utica Police Find 14,000 Untaxed Cigarettes At Eagle St Market

Utica Police executed a search warrant at the Eagle Street Express Market at 904 Eagle Street, where they allegedly found over 14,000 untaxed cigarettes.

Police say they also seized cocaine, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, concentrated cannabis oil and cash.

24-year old Yonis Alharbi of Utica was arrested.

He's facing numerous charges, including criminal tax fraud, possession and transportation of unstamped cigarettes and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
