
Utica Police Investigating Incident Involving Unresponsive Child
Utica Police are investigating an incident involving an "unresponsive child."
Police were called to the 800 block of McVean Street at around 10:00 Thursday morning morning for a medical emergency.
When officers arrived, they found a toddler who was unresponsive.
An officer performed CPR on the child until the Utica Fire Department arrived and the child was taken to a local hospital.
The child was treated and then transported to a Syracuse hospital.
Police say due to the circumstances, there is limited information available.
