Utica Police Investigating Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident

Utica Police are continuing to investigated a fatal motor vehicle accident that happened early Saturday morning.

Utica Police and Utica Fire crews were called to Culver Avenue near Armory Drive.

When they arrived, they found 26-year old Jacob Perkins of Utica inside the vehicle.

He was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital, where he was in critical condition until he died of his injuries on Tuesday.
